The Porsche 911 Turbo, also known as the 930, was introduced in 1975 and it was an immediate sensation. Here was a new supercar being unleashed on the public right in the middle of an oil crisis. How could Porsche possibly sell them? But sell them they did, and the 911 Turbo became a roaring success.

Porsche developed this car, like so many of their other performance cars, from their racing program. They were early adopters of turbocharging technology for racing applications, and this trickled down to the street cars. In another example of Porsche using race-proven parts, the braking system for the 911 Turbo came directly from the all-conquering 917 race cars. These cars provide serious performance and are a blast to drive. They're not lacking in the looks dept either, with muscular fender flairs, a large rear spoiler, wide tires and Fuchs forged alloy wheels.

This beautiful example comes to us from a private collection. It is finished in Guards Red with a Black leather interior and has just 43k miles from new. Options and features include a Blaupunkt Monterey radio, sunroof, alarm system, a limited-slip differential, and velour carpet in the luggage compartment. A fantastic 930 that is ready to be driven and enjoyed.
