The new Porsche 911 for 1989 was the Type 964. The model was a major update of the aging 911 architecture. The body design was tweaked for aesthetics and aerodynamic efficiency. The chassis was significantly updated with coil springs replacing torsion bars. Power steering was added as standard equipment as was ABS brakes.

1990 saw the return of the 911 turbo to Porsche's product line after a couple year absence. The new turbo featured a 315 hp version of Porsche's venerable air cooled flat six.

Our 1991 911 turbo is a very low mileage example with just over 24,000 miles on the odometer. It is a two owner car that was sold new in south Florida and has resided here ever since. The second owner bought the car in 1994. He recognized its significance and used the car very sparingly.

The turbo is finished in very desirable black paint with cashmere leather with black piping. Options include Rootwood shift knob, colored crest wheel caps, and a limited slip differential. Additionally it has 4-way power driver's seat, sun/moon roof, and draped leather front and rear seats.

An owner's pouch with manuals and a clean Carfax accompany the car. A file of past registrations and past insurance cards document the ownership history.

Porsche 964 turbos are known for their good looks, exceptional performance and collectability. Our turbo has very low mileage and a known history. It is priced below market and won't be around for very long.
