Stunning 1970 Mustang - ready to drive!

This 1970 Ford Mustang Sportsroof is finished in burgundy over a black vinyl interior and is powered by a Ford Racing 351ci Windsor V8 crate engine paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear axle with a 3.50:1 Detroit Locker differential. Features include Aldan American front coilovers, QA1 two-way adjustable rear shock absorbers, a Classic Auto Air climate control system, Dakota Digital instrumentation, an electric fuel pump with an adjustable pressure regulator, an Edelbrock carburetor, an MSD electronic ignition, and four-wheel disc brakes.

The car work consisted of engine and transmission replacement, rear axle refurbishment, a repaint, and seal and weatherstrip replacement.

The car is said to have been refinished in burgundy with a black hood stripe. During the refurbishment, Boss 302 tail lamps were added along with front and rear spoilers and rear window louvers. Features include a hood scoop, chrome bumpers, body-colored racing mirrors, reverse lamps, and a dual-outlet exhaust that exits below the rear valance. The seals and weatherstripping were replaced.

The 15″ Magnum 500 wheels are mounted with 215/65 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. The car is equipped with Aldan American front coilovers, Rod and Custom Motorsports front subframe, QA1 two-way adjustable rear shock absorbers, and power rack and pinion steering. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs.

The cabin features high-back bucket front seats that are reupholstered in black vinyl with matching door trim panels. Features include a Classic Auto Air climate control system, polished door sills, a center console with an armrest and cupholders, and a CD stereo with an amplified sound system. Sound deadening is installed beneath the carpets and in the trunk, the carpet, dashboard, and headliner were replaced during refurbishment.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames Dakota Digital instrumentation consisting of a speedometer and tachometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and battery voltage. The gauges do not display odometer mileage and total mileage is unknown.

The Ford Racing 351ci Windsor V8 crate engine is equipped with a hydraulic roller camshaft with 1.60 ratio rocker arms, an Edelbrock carburetor, an MSD electronic ignition, GT40 aluminum cylinder heads, Ford Racing plug wires, and an electric fuel pump with an adjustable pressure regulator.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear axle with a 3.50:1 Detroit Locker differential.
